Types of Yoga Classes:
  • ​Hatha Yoga
Classic or traditional yoga practice of learning the physical postures, breath-work & meditation, in a calm and peaceful environment. Usually the style of yoga that most beginners will enjoy since the instructor will go over the poses, the breathing and finish with a guided meditation.
  • Yin & Yang Yoga
​This practice blends two styles of yoga into one class. The class will begin with a flow, this is the Yang, the movement or active flow of the poses. After some time, you will finish with Yin, the passive holding of each pose. While tradition Yin yoga will have you holding a posture anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes, in this class you will hold each pose between 2-5 minutes, building your strength, flexibility, and endurance. The combination is wonderful and you will enjoy both a flow and a long stretch.
  • Chakra Balance Yoga
A class dedicated to the chakra system. Each week, we will be healing and balancing the chakras and the meridians. The poses and meditation will connect to the specific chakra or group of chakras. The energy field, the aura will also be cleared. The instructor will explain each chakra in detail or briefly. You will learn how to release, heal, balance and align your chakras, and other energy fields with mediation, food, herbs oils and other ways to help unblock or heal them.
  • Align & Flow Yoga
This class is a mixture of flowing sequences with movement aimed to strengthen, align and focus on your total core. Breathwork and a gentle warm up will start your practice and a guided meditation with end your practice. Though this is an intermediate class, modifications can be made and poses can be adjusted so everyone is comfortable and able to enjoy their practice.  
  • Deep Healing Yoga
A class that incorporates various yogic styles and philosophies to provide a place of pure rest, relaxation and control of the mind, the body and the spirit. Included with the variety of poses and breath work, will be crystal healing, Reiki healing, energy healing, oils and incense so that you are able to fully heal and allow your body to go deep into rest. Hatha style class and modifications will be offered for beginners and those that need this.
  • Gentle Detox
​This class will focus on releasing tension, connecting with the breath, and allow to let go of stress, tightness, fear, anger, pain, etc... The instructor will help each student gain strength and flexibility with ease and reminding them to breathe. Detoxing will happen in many ways and from the body, the mind or even the heart. The body might release pain, or in another physical way. The mind may open or start having an epiphany. Emotions may show a release though tears. These are just some things, it can be different for each person. Make sure you drink lots of water after the class to flush out toxins and impurities. 
  • Body Focus Hatha
A class of weekly focus on different parts or areas of the body through an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.  Postures are practiced to align, strengthen, develop and promote proper form and flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also conducted to keep the body relaxed and the mind connected.  
  • Yoga Fusion
During this unique class, be prepared to sweat and feel that burn. This class is a fusion of high intensity exercises are combined with both Pilates and yoga movements. The class begins with an intense flow and then moves into core and deep stretching. You will burn calories, increase your over all strength, build your stamina and feel amazing by the end of the class. Bring your water and a towel.  
  • Candlelight Yoga
Enjoy very relaxing yoga practice while bathed in candlelight and soft music, usually done in the style of Hatha or Yin. During this class, we will work on fortifying our bodies and our minds and our souls as we breath, practice and then relax into meditation.

Tuesday:
  • 8 am- Hatha Yoga (Beginner)
  • 9:30 am- Align & Flow (Intermediate)
  • 11 am- Yin & Yang (All Levels)
  • 6 pm- Candlelight Yoga (All Levels)

Wednesday:
  • 4 pm- Flow Yoga (Online)
  • 7:30 pm- Pound Class with Sandra

Thursday:
  • 8 am- Chakra Balance Yoga (Beginner)
  • ​9:30 am- Align & Flow (Intermediate)
  • 11 am- Body Focus Hatha (All Levels)
  • ​6 pm- Candlelight Yoga (All Levels)

Saturday:​
  • 9:30 am- Gentle Detox Yoga (All Levels)
