Types of Yoga Classes:
  • ​Hatha Yoga
Classic or traditional yoga practice of learning the physical postures, breath-work & meditation, in a calm and peaceful environment. Usually the style of yoga that most beginners will enjoy since the instructor will go over the poses, the breathing, and finish with a guided meditation.

  • Yin Yoga
This practice will allow you to go deeper into poses, as you connect to your breath and began to trust your body and what it needs. Yin is a style of yoga, where the poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes. Still, I encourage you to listen to your body and what it truly needs. Some poses will feel amazing being held for long periods of time and others, not so much. Be gentle with yourself and don't forget to breath. While you will be building your strength, flexibility, and endurance, the main focus should be on connecting to what your body is trying to tell you. 

  • Chakra Healing Yoga
The main focus of this class is to clear the Chakras and Nadis, releasing any energy blockages, so your prana or energy can move freely. We will be practicing specific poses for each Chakra and we will be learning about ways to heal, purify and balance both the Chakras and the Nadis. This class is for everyone and is very informative. We will also focus on any trauma that is held in each Chakra and how we can heal from it.  

  • Align & Flow Yoga
This class is a mixture of flowing sequences with movement aimed to strengthen, align, and focus on your total core. Breathwork and a gentle warm up will start your practice and a guided meditation will end your practice. Though this is an intermediate class, modifications can be made and poses can be adjusted so everyone is comfortable and able to enjoy their practice.  

  • Therapeutic Healing Yoga
During this class, we will be focusing on releasing deep hidden trauma in the body using yoga, tapping techniques and other methods for healing. Each class will be dedicated to a different area of the body, a different Chakra to focus on and unblock, and how to release trauma and pain from the past; our childhood, this lifetime or even from other lifetimes. Learn how to heal and let go of pain, deep rooted pain and suffering.

  • Body Focus Hatha
A class of weekly focus on different parts or areas of the body through an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.  Postures are practiced to align, strengthen, develop, and promote proper form and flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also conducted to keep the body relaxed and the mind connected.
 
  • Yoga Fusion
During this unique class, be prepared to sweat and feel that burn. This class is a fusion of high intensity exercises, combined with both Pilates and yoga movements. The class begins with an intense flow and then moves into core and deep stretching. You will burn calories, increase your overall strength, build your stamina, and feel amazing by the end of the class. Bring water and a towel.  

  • Yoga Sculpt
During this unique class, be prepared to sweat and feel that burn. This class is a fusion of high intensity exercises, combined with both Pilates and yoga movements. The class begins with an intense flow and then moves into core and deep stretching. You will burn calories, increase your overall strength, build your stamina, and feel amazing by the end of the class. Bring water and a towel.  

  • Candlelight Yoga
Enjoy very relaxing yoga practice while bathed in candlelight and soft music, usually done in the style of Hatha or Yin. During this class, we will work on fortifying our bodies, our minds, and our souls as we breath, practice, and then relax into meditation.
 
  • Meditation Circle
Whether you want to relax or release, or go deeper into the mind, our meditation class will be perfect for you. I will guide you into a deep relaxation, using different methods. Such as: Guided Imagery, Chakra Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Past Life Regression and Inner Child Healing. Each class will be different and you will be different during each class.
