What we eat is a big part of our life, and by listening to our body, mind, and soul, we can make better choices and become the healthy person we want to be.

As a spiritual mentor or life coach, I can provide guidance and answer questions or thoughts that you might have about your own spirituality or your path. Unlike religion, spirituality is very private and a matter of the heart and soul. You may have questions, ideas, thoughts, etc., and I might be able to point you in the right direction without pushing my own beliefs onto you.
This is a session that involves clarity of purpose, and cultivation of a spiritual path or blueprint. Sometimes just having someone to talk to and answer questions is all we need. I will also be able to provide options for healing, deeper meditation, and other forms of spiritual connection.
